what is everybody doing to reduce snow build up on the inside of their tunnels? I know many people have the added rear heat exchanger.. wondering if there is any other methods?

Adding a rear heat exchanger will make a big diff, but there are other ways to reduce buildup. 1 thing that I have tried and succeeded with was using Teflon or uhmw tape to cover the underside of my tunnel. Another thing that I have heard works temporarily is to spray a anti sticking spray. I have heard that Grizwalds super slick PAM works quite well but the others that people have tried haven't worked so well. I would order up some uhmw tape... you won't be disappointed!

i had a really bad ice up situation once in Quebec, the trail was so damn smooth that none of the ice would shake off the tunnel. the icing was so bad that it formed a shield around my front and rear exchangers causing major overheating problems. after that, one of my buddies said he used to spray car undercoat oil in there to stop it. I've never tired but it sounds like it would work.

I read that Fluid Film is supposed to work really well but I would suppose it would have to be reapplied a few times through the winter.
