Looking for a good clutch setup

I am looking for a good clutch setup for my 97 vmax sx 600. I want a good setup to try for going from on trail to off trail and not be over reving.

My local dealer told me to send back my clutch kit and I did not thinking about it. He said to run every thing stock and to use smaller rollers out of an exciter 2 so did the problem is on trail I'm hitting 6200rpms and off trail I'm hitting 8500rpms.

What do you guys think.

Anyone know what spring this is?
I picked it up today for $5 along with some 88R weights with 3.1g rivets and 88R rollers he said he run it in his 600 and took it out she he sold it.
