How readily available are parts for our srx's 98-02? I'm sure some stuff is obsolete/discontinued, but are commonly replaced items still stocked? Just picked up a 99 and there's a bunch of stuff I'd like to pick up. Thanks guys!

There is a quite a bit of stuff available yet through yamaha. If yamaha doesn't have it you can always go with used or aftermarket.
So far about the only thing that I've found to be discontinued were most of the decals.I wanted to paint the cab of my '98 a few years ago and went looking for decals from a 2000 or so style,the larger SRX letters,but nope.There's a couple of the strobe decals still available for the 2002.Oh I guess there's the odd small item but nothing that can't be sourced from a different sled,a parts yard or in the case of nuts and bolts a decent hardware store.
