Is it possible to upgrade the grip control so it's dual control for hand and thumb warner's instead of the single system on the earlier models if I get the dual control set up ? Don't see why it wouldn't work.
Also I'm aware the ignition on the 00 sleds is different . Do the 01/02 sleds have a higher electrical output ? Thanks guys Gary

From my knowledge it should work fine.
Same stator but the 2000 has a one off one year CDI,everything else is the same except the main wiring harness.I have 2000 electronics on my '98 but haven't tried to split the thumb warmer controls yet,if I do and get it working correctly I'll post it.
