'93 Phazer ii Primary Clutch Torque?

Just wondering if anyone can tell me what the torque specs are on a 1993 Phazer ii primary clutch. Thanks.

Cover bolts or fastening bolt??

10ft lbs on the cover bolts for primary bolt torque to 65 then back off and torque to 45 ft lbs
