Just wondering if anyone could look at their sled and tell me if the lower control arm (from center mount to spindle mount) is supposed to be straight or does it have a slight outward curve toward the spindle?

Gonna say it should be strait as an arrow. The lower ones get banged up

Straight. Take it off and straighten it back up. They go back with a vice and hammer pretty easy. Done this a few times.

The problem with straightening them when off the sled is you change the angle of the mounting point at the spindle end. To do it properly a jig needs to be made with the proper angle where it is mounted to the spindle. After straightening off the sled the angle will be off and cause binding on the bushings unless you have excessive play in them.
