I was in doubt because I saw this thing called "thermostat cover", but I guess it's not a thermostat. The 700 triple has also a "thermostat cover", and we all know it does not have a thermostat. Thanks guys. I guess I shouldn't put in an SRX rear heat exchanger if I buy this vt 500.
