I'm looking to rebuild the skid on my 03 viper with new bearings but I can't seem to find the bearings I need on any of the parts sites. Does anyone know where I can get these?

Pull the skid and remove all the bearings. They are all coded. Take them to an industrial supply place and order the bearings your need. They will have a range of styles and qualities. If you get them from a dealer you will get raped.

Idler wheel bearings are common, the number is 6205,but if you have those Viper wheels that don't have a serviceable bearing you may have to get different wheel. From what I recall the early year Vipers had idlers with the bearing molded into the wheel and it was a throw away part once the bearing went bad,but perhaps there is a way to press a new bearing into those wheels,I've never had any experience with them. The rear axle wheels have a 6004 bearing in them.Bushings will be a dealer ordered item.

You can use Polaris wheels, they are .25 bigger if memory is correct. http://www.totallyamaha.net/forums/search.php?searchid=28446

Some guys will machine the ends of the axles and install oilite bushings instead of stock plastic ones that wear out pretty much instantly and cause your axles to wear out.
