Thinking of getting a silencer for my 04 viper s.Cant decide between the bender or the mbrp.Which one sounds better?I know i'll take a loss in h.p. but i dont care, its just too quiet for me.I had a bender silencer on my 2000 sxr 600 and it sounded awsome, should i expect the same sound from my viper?

in my opinion the bender doesn't sound much different from stock on the vipers, it has a decent low-tone grunt to it, but not that high pitched scream like on the sx's. Never heard an MBRP on the viper, but it sure does sound good on the SRX. The bender also looks like it was made in someone's garage, not very good fit and finish at all.

MBRP make two different cans. One is a trail and one is a race version. Either way they are both way to loud for trail riding. The bender has a almost an Indy car sound. Not too much louder than stock, but still too loud for trail riding. Besides the stockers offer better performance than either.
