No spark in my sled, checked everything I can think of, replaced stator, pulled harness out from under motor, checked key and ignition switch, checked my plug in and still no spark.

Did you check the coils? I cant really see all three working and then not working and then working again unless maybe there is a ground problem somewhere or something. I also wouldn't think the cdi would not work and then work again either but I suppose stranger things have happened.

How often do those cdi boxes go bad?! And I have no spark in all thtee cylinders! Where would a ground hook up be located?

After looking at the troubleshooting in the service manual for weak or no spark you have checked the switches and changed the stator. Guessing its not the plugs or caps. The only things left are check coils and replace cdi. I would check the coils anyway but likely the cdi is toast. If you don't have the service manual I highly recommend you get one.

Do you know where I can get one? And is there a way to test my cdi?

If you become VIP on here you can get the download of the manual for free and then print it. I don't think you can test the cdi but not positive.

Did you get this figured out?

theres a guide how to troubleshoot no spark right here on this site, you always start from the source(stator) and work out to find the problem.

That's an awesome write up. Thanks mrviper. I am assuming he got this fixed since he was asking about what oil people are running. Was just curious what it ended up being.
