What are you guys doing for longer range? Auxilliary tanks, gas cans? I run vmax4 and SRX700 on the trails.

I've thought about modding the trunk from underneath to accommodate something like this.

If ya have a sled scrap yard close by, A/C had auxilery tanks in many of their older sleds. Don't know about their newer ones.

How about making a riser and sliding the 4 gallon one of these under.
It seems to be pretty close to the size of the seat.

How would you fill that? Looks like you would have to turn sled on its side.

Once the riser was built, you'd just pull it completely out and fill it up. It wouldn't be connected to the fuel system at all. Put it out and dump into tank.How would you fill that? Looks like you would have to turn sled on its side.
