What should I use to replace spark plug wire? I'm just going to replace the wires, they are getting too short from trimming bad ends off over the years, I also have a few that have holes worn in the insulation.
A different option may be to pick up extra coils or coil sets that don't have the wires cut back too far, and swap them over to your sled when needed, starting the trimming process all over again. Can probably find used coils fairly inexpensive, and hopefully should last quite a few years. Keep your shorties for emergency if needed.

I asked the question a year or so ago about replacing wires in SRX coils and it seems to me that they are epoxied in so you'll have to dig all that out.As far as a good quality wire,I'm sure there's stuff out there. The NGK racing wire seems to be good,I've never had to use it but I see it around.

Shoot me your address again. I have a bunch of good stuff in the garage. Nylon braiding on the outside. It's something like 28 strand.
