Just curious on what everyone likes cooking up after a long day on the trails...

Beer! Lol! We need to do a better job of this. I like crock pot stuff for sure! Beef roast, CHILLI (hint), chicken soup!

Don't really feel like cooking but I like something simple and then pass out on the couch...

A crockpot of great northern or navy beans. Then spoon those over Johnny cakes.
Jack and Coke.. and ... more jack and coke.

drinks are a given....I think I'm still a fan of grilling, despite the weather

A lot of beer and whatever is available to eat is fine with me. The best meals come during the day while riding.

Sometimes a bologna sandwich and some BBQ chips is all I need with a big glass of Dr. Pepper...

Whatever sounds good at the bar...

Agreed with whatever looks good on the bar menu... I usually end up with a big greasy burger or pizza in front of me.

All depends on where I'm at. If I am home after sledding for the day then it's generally 9 or 10 pm so I don't eat much, maybe a sandwich. But if I'm overnighting it somewhere then yeah it's time to hit the bar and see what's on their menu. Most generally a burger, you know, the staple of any good diet.
