Tips on set up for mono skid in srx

I put a 121 Mono rear skid from an 07 Apex in my 98 SRX this fall, have not had it out yet, but wondering if anyone here has any baseline tips as to set it up? I had the shock rebuilt, and the skid has 4 rear wheels, billet wheels, and all new bushings/powder coat. has the KYB shock, I am 250 with gear, thanks for the help!

I did the exact same thing to 2 of my srx's. Mine have the gt electric ohlins converted to manual clicker. Did you also modify the front end?

just flipped the shock brackets for now
