98 srx long travel

I have a 98 srx...and an 02 viper parts sled would like to long travel the srx with the viper parts but aren't viper shocks to long for a 98 srx..I remember reading somthing about flipping top shock mounts. Im confused on what shocks I need.... thanks

Youl need to remove the shock mounts all together and install a bushing where it was mounted for the viper shock. The viper shocks have a clevis style top mount.

does someone have a picture...or are there longer shocks that i can use to get some travel in the front...sled has a viper rear skid already trailing arms are swapped along
with the spindles

Do you have front cast section from the viper? If you do, install that. More labor than my brackets but cheaper if you have one.
