my notes are at home, but you can find the spring rates on the Super Torquer website. just download the instructions for Yamaha and you'll find it in there.

I have the specs at home on the blue spring. I'll get back on blue spring specs when I get home.
HC red spring is 230/360--1.82kg rate
HC grey spring is 230/330--1.38kg rate
