srx carburetors work on sxr?

The carburetors on my 01 sxr are in bad shape. I have a set that i believe came off an srx. I am not sure on what year srx but they appear to be identical. Any one know if i can switch out jetting and make them work?

I wouldn't see why the won't. Center spacing should be ok. Just change all the jets and needles from one to the other................SRXtreme
