My sled bogs at 5500 RPM just a little bit but will barely give out power, then sometimes it wont bog at all and be fine, my belt squeals like a sob and bogs even more when it is on its side a bit. This is the most popular forum section and I think clutching is clutching so. Had crank seals, coil, fuel pump everything fuel related cleaned. Am narrowing it down to clutchs even though there both clean.

Adjust you belt deflection to stop the squealing.

Any idea what the bog is?

Sounds like carb problem. Or broken motor mount perhaps

Is it bogging when the rpms are climbing from idle or is it when you are going and let off and then get back on it? Also did you set the center to center and clutch alignment to specs?

Going and let off of it is when it starts bogging and didn't check alignment on clutches.

I would get the clutch alignment and make sure the center to center is right first. Also check the buttons on the secondary and see what holes the spring is in on the secondary.

Align the clutch with an alignment tool.

ALignment is perfect and changed rollers still does a bog once a while, weak secondary spring?

Is it possible for you to get a video of this happening it might help a little bit more.
Could possibly be spring.
Could possibly be spring.

If the secondary spring is too weak, it will not be strong/fast enough to get it back up to 1st gear...... (The top).
