Would this fir properly, I know I have to make small mods to get it to fit properly but It looks like the track may hit the rear cooler if the suspension bottoms out, do any one have any info on this??

Does your 03 not have a cooler? My 02 has a rear crossover cooler and there are days that i wish it wasn't because of the ice it builds

Yes she has a cooler but I damaged it, it is not re-usable, The SRX cooler can fit but it is alot larger, Im worried it may hit the track if the suspension bottoms out, But I may not have a choice

I would just make a crossover pipe and be done with it. When I'm out riding and the snow is really deep my left running board stays clear and the right footwell makes ice. I need to carry more heat back into the right runningboard so it doesn't ice.

You could just make an aluminum cover for your existing cooler.

I put a mtn max extension on my srx and put my srx cooler in. I have a 144 x 2" track on it and there is no problem with the track hitting the cooler when it bottoms, you have nothing to worry about there. There is a little modding to do to the tunnel extension where the cooler nipples come out the side, a little trimming with some metal masters did the trick. But, if I recall correctly, the mtn max has 3/4" cooler hoses, where the srx has 1" ones. If you use the srx cooler you will have to reduce the hose size somehow to fit your mtn max plumbing.
