Busted the right trailing arm on my 97 Vmax 700sx. I've been looking for an OEM one but I was wondering if an aftermarket would get the job done?

Any suggestions or should I try to find OEM?

I believe yours are the same as my SRXs with the V stamped in the ski leg tube and those are a pain to try and find, especially still in good shape.Any of the aftermarket ones I've seen are not direct replacements for the V Max SX or SRX because of the differences in the angle of the bracket where the radius rods mount.I'm sure they'll bolt on and work if your in a pinch, but you'll be better off to search out an OEM arm. They're made stronger from what I can gather plus you'll be guaranteed it'll fit right.

A guy PM'd me and has an exact match for my sled, so it all works out. Thanks though!
