Hello! Was wondering on my sled sometimes when I let off and give it throttle it bogs some. Crank seals, carbs are clean, air/fuel mixture is right, clutches all cleaned and fuel pump clean and gas tank. What could it be? Thanks

Its a 96 600 vmax twin 2 stroke

Check your reeds. Add reed spacers. Or better yet, put viper reed cages in it.

Someone reason I thought it was clutch wise as its not all the time it acts up, doesnt have anything wrong with reeds

Wont work on the 94-96 twins. Different bolt pattern.Or better yet, put viper reed cages in it.

Have you replace both clutch springs and belt?

Danny I remember you saying a weak secondary spring, ordered one from yamaha but they found the OEM part number for it but it matched a red spring instead of green it was the exact same PN # as factory, havent installed yet

And no only bought a secondary spring and its a brand new yamaha belt

If your reeds are tired, and they probably are, I very much like Carbon Tech reeds. And they help w/ any hard starting issues. They are on my 96, my sons redhead & my old(rip) 97 redhead.
