03 sx viper handle bars and steering

Just picked up an 03 viper a few weeks ago. Its been a few years since i have has a sled. Rode it Sat for the first time as we just got enough snow in West Mi to ride. I have an issue with handle bar hitting my windshield when turning Right. My brake lever actually cracked my windshield and made me come to a dead stop when trying to make a sharp right turn. I tilted the lever up so it would just clear the windshield but my hand would still hit the shield when turning right. Any help as what adjustments i need to make would be great.

Must have pivot risor on it. Loosen and pull them back slightly or raise them higher, which may require throttle cable and brake line changes.

Where would the pivot riser be located? If that is a handlebar riser then it does not have one. Looks like a stock setup.
