Is it possible to fit all the fairing details from an Exciter-I to an Phazer-II ?

What do you mean by "details"?? The fairings are the same if thats what you mean?
I want to change virtually everything and wonder if it fits in the attachment points, etc etc ?
Example: Windshield , instrument cluster, hood , side panels etc etc etc

Oh, I thought you were refering to the headlight pod. I cant tell you either way if a total hood swap will work. I can tell you it will not be a direct bolt on though.
Why not ?

The belly pan is different and the front panels wont bolt up without some trimming or adjustment for one.
