Just scuff the inside with sandpaper and spray with a flexible paint for plastic.

LIGHTLY scuff w/ an old piece of scotchbright from the kitchen. Clean it w/ alcohol and paint it while it's warm.
be careful scuffing it doesn't leave scratches I just did mine on my srx and it came out really good. All I did is wash the inside with dawn dish soap, let it dry, and then cleaned it with alcohol. I also used blue painters tape and covered just the trim or you can just take it off and put it back on after. I used gloss white plastic paint with 5 light coats, letting it dry 15 minutes or so between coats

I painted my chrome winshield with Krylon spray paint for plastics..Cleaned it with rubbing alcohol, let it dry and sprayed several light coats. It looks great, Two years and no signs of wear or peeling.

dont scuff it at all. Youl be able to see scuffs from outside. Just make sure its real clean and use a good plastic paint.

I washed it with soap and water and let dry . Then cleaned with alcohol . Then heated it up with a blow dryer. Sprayed 4 coats then a 4 coat clear.
