I was riding my 02 viper this past weekend and was sliding all over the seat. Is there anything that i could put on the seat to make it tacky or sticky. I have only washed it with car soap and water. Quite a difference from my 04 viper S seat.

Put a 04 seat on it. My father in law's sled was the same way.

I put a piece of rubber material about 14'' wide & ran it from one side of the seat to the other, right where the seams were. I secured the rubber material with heavy duty velcro on each side of the seat.
I have been riding like this for 2 years now & no more slippery seat & velcro never moved.
