I have a 1999 mountain max, and it has a newer top end in it. Before we put the top end in it, it could do 85-90 without a sweat, but now it's struggling to go 50-55. Is it a belt, or clutch issue, I think the belt on it is old ( the belt was put on when the new top end was installed, but that was last spring, and the belt has about 450 miles on it.) any answers?
