I have a 1999 Phazer which came stock with only 2 drivers on the driveshaft (inners only, no outers). Would I gain anything by adding the outers? I think the 2001 Phazer came with all 4 drivers.

You will gain more weight by adding the drivers and lose a bit out of your wallet...no advantage to 4 drivers on a low hp sled like a Phazer.

no reason or them outters .....................for the most part outers cause track ratcheting
Yes, the only reason I changed to a MMax shaft with more drivers is I extended to 144 and geared down for serious off-trail riding. This allowed me to run the track loose. For a 121 I wouldn't swap.
