at least two leaking. is this a gasket issue likely? if so where do i get them?

If you want to put an end to the leaking powervalve towers use a light coat of copper silicon on each side of the gasket so it seals up the parts.If your replacing stuff you should check the seals in the towers that go around the stem of the valve,the o rings in the end caps plus the gaskets between the end caps and towers.
