SRX CHAIN CASE vs. VIPER


The covers will fit either case but the viper cover wont work on the srx with stock silencer because it has that little ledge sticking out the side of it, won't be enough room for the stock srx silencer. If you google those covers you will see what I'm talking about.
 
You can just cut the battery tab off. There is a rubber bumper that keeps the muffler in place which is not needed if you use aftermarket can. If you use the stock muffler, you can just swap it over, same casting, sometimes they are not threaded but the boss is there.
