Gas coming out of vent hose

Hi, gas is some how comeing out of the bent house from the tank. Hose comes from the top of tank then runs down to the secondary side. It's all wet. All the time. What is causing this ? 90 srv. Thanks

I put a new line on a year ago. Dryed up frame board and laid a paper towel down again three days later wet again. Replaced line again and it's still coming out of vent line comeing off the tank.

Did psi exhaust pipe make a gold series pipe? Someone is saleing one for a srv. I tried to look it up and couldn't find it.

simple answer on the pipe NO...... psi made a pipe yes but there was a std (early production) and pro pipe (later production) ...... fuel will not come out of your vent line that is why i said fuel level line .... your tank then may be junk
 
Found out what it was . On the bottom nipple where the gas would come out . Someone put a tee on it and the one tube going to the back must of been for a spare tank. Took it off and A ok. Thanks
