Sxr finally back to life

Well I finally got the sxr 600 back in action. It has been two seasons not running due to cylinder and piston issues. I fixed the original piston and cylinder after the ring turned on me and when I warmed it up three different times, the center piston turned the ring.That was it!!! Two seasons later got it all back together,new pistons,new rings and another cylinder. After priming it about 30 pulls without spark plugs in,it fired up on first pull.Just going to check bearings now and she is good to go..crossing my fingers....I miss the long track.No snow into near future..temps today hit 19 C.

Yep can't wait to ride again. We are supposed to have a really cold and snowy Winter According to the forecasters out here. Possibly starting in December on.
