No powder with-in 1500 miles so its a good time to do a mid winter mod. Was runnign Rox treads with good luck but they do collect a lot of snow on the deep powder days. So, off they come and out comes the saw. The pictures explain it pretty well. Boards are rock solid and the U-cooler goes in next weekend. Enjoy ===SRXSRULE===

Looks real good, ...I guess if you factor in the collecting snow and the snowtread weight your probably down a few pounds.

Ski...they have plenty of base yet. They are going to pick up some nice fresh in the next 2 days....maybe 2 feet of powder.
32....It wasnt really difficult, just took a while. Its all alum and I spend most of my time in design and less time actually fabricating. I like this to look good and function perfect when I'm done. I really want to clean up the back of the sled and that is why I removed all the heat exchangers and cut off almost all of the tunnle extension. The U-cooler I'm using is 60" long and will be the only cooler on the sled. ===SRXSRULE===

Rear Bumper
Here is a close up of the rear bumper. I bent a few stock bumpers when I got crazy with my Sno-bunjie. LOL So I made this one very strong. There is 7 bolts on each side going through 1/4 alumin and the rear grab bar is solid 3/4 and its milled and pressed into the side supports, then bolted in. Its heavy duty, and added a extra couple lbs but it takes alot to yank out those school buses (900 RMK) ===SRXSRULE===

Yes those are muffler clamps. Its my hold down system for my sno-bunjie and it's lite and works great.
98srx6, Not sure what holes your talking about? The running boards are expanded aluminum and have a diamond shape to them.
