On a 02 Viper. how do you change the fuel filter that is in the tank. I see the 2 bolts that are behind the air filter assembly. do I have to fish the filter out the fill cap on the top. if so how do I hook up the new filter to the pipe in the tank. Also I bought some nylon washers to put under the fuel pump so it isn't sitting directly against the belly pan. I read this is a fix for the fuel pump freezing.
