Hi - Looking to confirm fuel line sizes 5/16 or 1/4" I.D. or???? My sled project is a weekend event at the cottage garage about 2 hours from home. Don't have an old line with me and want to stop on the way up tomorrow. Want to replace every line and fuel filter.(has oil injection delete so no oil lines needed)
Project is convert 136" ST to a 144" off trail "boon-docker" for around the cottage in Central Ontario.
-Burandt powdertrack boards
-Skidoo 137 SC5 extended to 144"
-Series 4 2"x2.52 cut down to 1.75"
-Protaper bars
-6.9 pilot skis
-RMK seat
-custom tunnel extension and rear bumper
-Aaen pipe
Will post some pictures soon, have the boards on and sled otherwise torn down to the frame/tunnel to replace just about everything...old thing was in rough shape!
thanks,
Jon

If a Yamaha dealer is not an option for metric size line, go with 3/16s.

Not all Yamaha are metric line ..............
for oil line that is 1/8''
fuel line ....tank to pump 1/4''
rest of the lines are 3/16'' for gauges, vent and oil tank
I use flex fuel 70 line for many years with no problems ....it is basically tygon that is cheaper and does not kink as easy
