Hello,
Whats the difference between re-building and re-charging my front ohlin shocks on a 2002 srx 700. They are not leaking oil or anything. they just seem to be riding a little low, and i have never had them service.
Thanks.

If it's riding low the springs are probably sagged out
Where in michigan are you? Have them rebuilt. It will be about 150 for the pair. Those shocks are worth it.
Recharge= nitrogen refill (which might not hold due to warn seals)
Rebuild= new seals, bumper, oil and nitrogen with labor and parts

I would get them rebuilt and valves for your weight and riding type. The ride will be much better. Try Pioneer Performance.
