So I went for a rip today. All was good until i punched a hole in my rear heat exchanger.
I extended the track from 121 to 136. And the stock 121 tunnel had this Radiator that curved down. I figured Id leave it (stupid); thinking that the suspension wouldn't compress enough to smoke it. Sure enough it did.
What have others done or what should i do?
Should i buy a stock replacement and just try and move it back and extend the rad hoses or find a flat heat exchanger?
Any input greatly appreciated.

most guys move it back to the end of the tunnel extention and extend the hoses from the tunnel coolers, or they cut them in half, lay it out flat and re weld them together.

You could make a crossover pipe out of copper pipe and put it in the tunnel. It all depends on if your just going to ride deep snow or not. You should have more than sufficient cooling if it's not going to be on the trails any more.

OEM parts had the problem solved.

If you do have it welded, ensure the welding surface is friggin spotless. Sand blast if you can.
