The recoil on my 80 SRX Is in bad shape only 2 of the pawls partially swing out so am in need of a fix. I pulled out a recoil from a 79 EX 440 and noticed the inner pulley or cup appear to be the same OD. Anyone know if I can simply swap out the entire mechanism into the SRX recoil cover ?

if if remember right it is a direct swap the pawls and springs are all the same and i believe the cap is too
