Make sure your ski stoppers are shimmed on the back too. Very important on Simmons

Do you run two 4" carbide in each ski? Or a 4" or 8" on the outside and shaper bar on the inside.? I've got a set of these on my srx and am wondering what carbides combo you guys are running.

6" works great even with my 136" track. The inside carbides do most of the turning with the way the skis tilt. I've just replaced the inside runners and swap the best used ones to the outside

Thanks. I'm sure 4" will be fine for a 121". I Assumed the outer carbide would do more so that's good to know. What do you shim the skis with? (Thickness, material etc. )

I used a chunk of old belt as a shim. Cut the ribs off it, worked perfect
