clutch weights

Is this normal or is this clutch weight shot? it is an 8cr weight off from an xtc600. If it isn't normal what causes this? Thank you!

Typical twin eats clutch parts. By everyone i seen the roller the blushing are bad as well

Do you mean the bushings inside the rollers or the bushings on the movable sheave and cap? I plan on getting new rollers and a spring for it also. I have some wiggle on the movable sheave and cap. What is an acceptable amount of play on the two main bushings?
