Obsolete! I HATE THAT WORD!
apparently all exciters made from 87-93 use the same cable. Looked up a Phazer cable and it's different number.
Anyone know of anything that can be used? I thought it was the key that was broken like usual but it's the actual cable. About 6-8" from the gear housing at the bearing she broke in two. SOB
Having a bear of a time trying to redo all the skis bearings. Couple broken bolts. Wheels not coming off of shafts...you know, all that fun stuff.

Plenty of old exciters out there with good speedo cables, bad crank seals and holed pistons. You should be able to find something locally used.

little trick me and pops figured out, we have a phazer parts sled, 87 model, we pulled out the inner cable from the outer and slid it into the exciter and all is good, she works-now if I can just figure out the rest of the shit
