Looking for a little how to on removing seat from my vmax and replacing seat cover.. Have the seat cover on order and just wondering what I'm up against before i start. Did a couple polaris seats and they were pretty simple. Any info can help.

Two nuts at the rear in the tunnel. Two screws up front by the gas tank. Spray the rear studs/nuts down with penetrating lube. If they do not want to come loose, cut the nuts off and try not to damage the studs, Unless you have a pneumatic stapler with 3/16 staples dont install the cover yourself. The plastic is a pain to sink the staples into. An apholstery shop would probably $20 to install the cover and is money well spent.
