2002 srx carbs in a 2001 srx?

Can install a complete set of carbs from a 2002 srx into my 2001 srx?

might want to change main jetting to 01 specs though, keep the 42.5 pilots

Hi Guys

I bought these carbs off ebay... may even be someone from here, not sure though.

Anyway I took them apart to clean them and noticed the pilot jets are 45's and all three mains are 156.3..... Is there any issue running this jetting in a 2001 SRX?

You'll be too rich with that jetting if the sled is stock.

Sounds like a viper jetting, i'd make sure its off an srx and not a viper. Someone else could explain how and whats different besides the jetting.

x2 on likely viper carbs,, if so they will damage that srx as they are leaner needles and nozzels. Your gonna have to take them apart and see which number needles are in them and the slide cutaway.
