Srx steering riser

I know this topic has been discussed before but here we go: On Project BLACK SRX I want to raise the bars. It currently has VIPER bars if this matters and I want to go higher but within the limits of the stock cables. Any advice?

I've got a riser set up I would like to sell if you're interested, I think it's a 4" but I'd have to check. It's a powermadd pivot riser with extended braided brake hose, I don't have the longer cables though, the sled this came off of looked to have the stock cables on it yet.
