On a 95 phazer II, how do you transfer the weight to get less pressure on the skis and better traction? I was thinking lower the front limiter straps and tighten up the rear or am I way off?

Soften the rear spring preload is one way and also make sure the arms are moving(grease nipples on the suspension points helps alot, something the factory forgot to do.Makes a world of difference).

Yes that will do it but normally you don't want to lessen the travel in the rear. Tighten the front springs and let the limiter out. That will affect the ride quality though. I usually run in the second postition on the rear springs (weigh 200 lb), if you are light you can run in the lowest setting.
