Get adj transfer rods or mpi transfer enhancement kit. Rods for shorter sleds and mpi for longer sleds.
Let the straps to the max relieved setting, letting the front of the rear suspension more to the ground
Crank the pre load on the center shock to the max
Get a rear shock with multi rate springs. Theses springs are way softer than stock the first inches, which is crucial, letting the rear suspension transfer more weight to the back.
Adjust the FRA to the softest position (uppermost).
Loosen the pre load on the rear shock as much as you can without going too far and damaging the shock once you go riding casually.

This may not work for average trail riding
It may cause slides to burn faster
It may cause bottoming.

But it will transfer!
