So ive got a 91 exciter 570. I've done major repairs to it. New rings, Pistons and a whole bunch of other stuff. Anyway, I've bled the coolant system, and it runs great. As soon as you get out of the garage and head down the ditch. The sled will bog out and stall. Then can't get it started till it's cooled right off. When this happenes, the coolant isn't hot. And the cylinders are warm but not hot. Is it possible the oil injection isn't working? I just put 5L of 50:1 in it. Gunna go for a ride in a bit, but anyone able to give me a hand I'm getting frustrated with this machine. Thanks!

You have to do some simple diagnostics to see what is missing when it "bogs and stalls". You might want to check your plugs as a first sign of whether it is getting fuel or not when it stalls. Then check to see if the plugs are providing spark. A couple ways to do this. The real key is to diagnose when the problem has occurred.
Could be a number of things and the results of your diagnosis will help narrow it down . . .

- Pulse line leaking as it warms up
- Poor pulse from engine - worse as it warms up
- Carbs not fully clean (all circuits)
- Coils
- Stator
- wiring
- Plug wires
- etc.
