Long story short when my sled was being burrowed by a family member they brought it to a friend to work on it.. he replaced the damaged washer holding the bottom sprocket.. well he didn't put loctite on the bolt when reassembly.. now I have a hole through my chaincase lid from the bolt being ejected from the shaft.. so I get new hardware and a new chaincase lid go to put my sprocket on and now the splines only reach half way across the sprocket..I checked it have the drive bearing to the spacer with the spacer side of the sprocket facing in. Need some advice of what else is wrong

The speedo bearing has a collar with two set screws in the tunnel. It may have moved or come loose. You can loosen those set screws and push the axle over. Make sure you use loctite on those too. Or you may have the upper and lower bushings reversed in the chaincase.

The eccentric collar tightens in the direction of track rotation.
