hello,I purchased another 00 SRX and it has a Bender helix on it and I'm trying to figure out what angle it is,its still on the sled and I can't find a part number on it?? can anyone tell me where the number is located? please..and thank you!!

If I can remember correctly, I think its on the round face that seats against secondary. Its been a while since I have looked at mine

the part# is 2070 so searching i'm guessing its a 47/43 ... trying to figure out what the benefit of this is on a stock 00 srx? springs and clutch weights are a stock. Again,I just bought this sled like this lol

A popular set up for stock SRX is one from Mr viper who is very knowledgeable yamaha guy which would be 8dn 20s 4.5 gram rivets in both holes of each weight. www spring and for secondary green spring, dalton helix 54 46 wrapped at 70

This is a good lake race set up. 54-45 provides better back shift for trails and shouldnt over-rev on lake

--Wrap at 70 for trails (better back-shift), or 60 for lake running.

Part numbers:
RIVET: #90261-06033-00 (4.5 g rivet)
W-W-W: #90501-583L1-00 ( Y-S-Y lower engagement)
GREEN SECONDARY: #90508-556A2
W-W-W - 45kgf - 2.25- 119kgf. Engagement of 4000. Y-S-Y - 35kgf - 2.5 - 118kgf. 90501-582L1.

thanks again!! I was reading that set up...but thought it said a 51/45 helix,is there a lot of difference? also, doesnt my 00 have the 8dn 20's from the factory? just trying to figure out what I need to purchase..guessing 6-4.5 rivets www spring, and green spring. any help is greatly appreciated

Yes the 00 comes with 8dn 20s. The outer rivet does not have to be changed it is a 4.5, the inner is a 3.6 I believe so you have to replace the inner ones. 51-45, from what I have read is probably the best helix from the factory for a trail set-up that works the the 20's.
These are quotes from one of Mr.Vipers posts

1.)loaded 8dn 20's with w/w/w spring, 51/45 helix with green sec spring is for all around riding, it will upshift faster then stock making the sled get up to speed faster and more aggressively and it will backshift better then stock due to the finish angle being slightly shallower then the stock straight 47 helix.( if you want it slightly more "revvy" in the woods use the stock y/w/y primary spring) "DALTON" HELIXS.

2.)loaded 8dn 20's with w/w/w/ spring and 54/46 helix with green sec spring is for drag racing and wide open lake type riding, its very aggressive upshift will NOT be something you want in tight woods trails, its backshift is about comaprable to the stock helix with only 1 degree shallower. Its about as aggressive as you can be with the 8dn20 weights.( if you want it slightly more revy feeling use the stock y/w/y primary spring) "DALTON" HELIXS.
