Torn up idler wheels

Recently rode a few hundred rough miles in Tug Hill and just noticed that the two "interior" idler wheels on my skid are really torn up. I have a new 9830 track with 96 studs in the middle. Is it likely that my studs aren't countersunk enough or could these just be another write off from low/no snow riding.

yes, they are most likely sticking up and the tear apart the rubber on the wheels, tighten them down (studs)some more till the heads are just flush with track. I use a 1/4" mac air rachet, and it torqs them down about perfect everytime.
