Last time I was out riding I had a weird issue happen a couple times. I would open up to WOT and when I let off the throttle the RPMs would slowly wind down and 2 or 3 times it would almost shut off. It sounded like it was spitting and sputtering, so I would blimp the throttle to keep it running, then it would run fine again. It didn't happen each time I was WOT only a couple. Before that trip I did install a new fuel filter, fuel lines and had to replace the head gaskets on the motor. Just wondering what I should check for. Thanks.

Sounds like tors check to see if you have enough slack ..or its a bad switch
